Data privacy statement

As part of your contacting PAMA GmbH

The protection of your personal information is very important to us. Therefore, we will now inform you about our data protection principles, which we observe bindingly as part of your contacting PAMA GmbH. Your data will only be collected and used according to the requirements of the Austrian Data Protection Act and Swiss data protection laws and the requirements of the Telecommunications Act, the Federal Data Protection Act and other data protection regulations.

Use of Information

The leaving behind of personal information is generally not required for a visit to our website. For statistical purposes, non-personal data such as browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name/IP address and time of request are stored for the creation of standard log files. From these data, however, no traces back to people are possible.

Inquiry

We only collect information that is indispensable specifically for making contact in the (marked with *) compulsory fields. In addition, you can enter important information voluntarily in the remaining text boxes. This way, we only store data that you enter into the input fields yourself.

Processing

Once you have sent a contact request, only the people affected by the contents of your message and the relevant specialist sector have access to your data. However, if you give us such information unasked and voluntarily, you allow us - within the registration framework - to process and use it for the purposes of PAMA GmbH (hereafter referred to as PAMA).

Use of Cookies

The contact page uses „Cookies“, to individually further develop and optimise your online experience and online time. A cookie is a text file that is either stored temporarily in your computer's memory ("session cookie") or saved on your hard drive ("permanent cookie"). Cookies are not used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and your computer and can only be read by a web server in the domain that created this particular cookie. Furthermore, electronic images called Web beacons may also be included, which will allow us to determine the number of visitors to our site. Web-beacons are not used to gain access to your personally identifiable information; but they are a technique which we use for the preparation of collective statistics about the use of our website. Web-beacons collect only limited numbers of information, including cookie numbers, time and date of a page visit and a description of the page on which the web-beacon is set up. To ensure proper data transmission and a smooth functioning of the contact page in the future, our Internet service provider also stores certain abstract information necessary for our Webmaster, like for example the domain (from which you accessed the internet) and your browser type and the date and time of your visit. By means of recording data like domain, browser type, IP-Address and pages visited, it is possible for us to collect the topics that interest the visitors to our website and recognise categories of users. We pass this information on to our Webmaster and it is used to evaluate the number of visitors to different areas of the site, thereby ensuring that our website serves as a useful and effective information source. Neither our cookies nor Web beacons collect personal information such as your name or your e-mail address. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies at any time. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. But you can usually change your browser settings so that all cookies are declined if you prefer. Alternatively, you can optionally set your browser to warn you each time a cookie is stored, so you can selectively accept or decline cookies. It may happen in some circumstances that the job vacancies page requires a cookie to be received and otherwise denies visitors access to certain areas.

Data Storage

Your data is stored for further processing as part of your contact request. In the case of a one-time contact, which results in no further cooperation with PAMA, your data will be deleted completely after two months. The further use for internal statistics occurs only in anonymous form, any other type of disclosure does not occur. According to the applicable legal regulations, you have a right to free information about your stored data as well as the adjustment, blocking or deletion of it.

Use of Data

As part of your contacting us, you disclose personal data to us. You disclose this data voluntarily as part of your contact request and it is processed used and stored by us within the working process. Without your consent PAMA does not store any personal data. You can, however, only contact us using the contact form after you have accepted this Data Privacy Statement. Within the framework of contacting us, you enter the personal information that we need to process the contact request in the required fields. You provide all other information voluntarily – that means it is your decision alone which data you provide us with. The information requested in the contact form is however, important for us for good processing/assessment of data. You can object to further use and/or transmission of personal data at any time.
