From idea to machine - worldwide!
A company has a new product idea or would like to renew an existing machine. They contact our sales staff or engineers to discuss the realization. Together with our engineers, we think about the appearance and functionality of the machine, always individually adapted to the end product and the customer's wishes.
Our engineers use specialist knowledge and state-of-the-art software to create designs, which are then discussed and negotiated with the customer. As soon as the order is placed, the real work begins: off we go! The ideas are worked out in detail in the CAD program, schedules are drawn up, materials are ordered and tasks are assigned. The purchasing department takes care of procuring the material at the right time and price.
In the production hall, the machine is built with great care and expertise by our experienced employees. Finally, the machine is fully assembled, tested and checked in the assembly area. If everything fits, the machine is packed, loaded onto trucks and transported to the customer's site anywhere in the world. Our machines are always customized, which is what makes working in special machine construction so exciting!

The training lasts 3 or 3.5 years, depending on your career aspirations, and is carried out in cooperation with our partners.
Congratulations to our apprentice Mr. Pagel on successfully completing his training as a cutting machine operator specializing in milling technology! He is now expanding his knowledge in the mechanical production team.
