As a process engineer at PAMA, you will work closely with our customers and industry partners. You will analyze requirements and use them to develop technically feasible solutions for demanding applications in the specialty paper industry.

In this role, you will actively support the planning, management, and execution of our projects and contribute your expertise to the engineering team. You will play a key role in the development of highly complex next-generation machines and serve as a vital link between customers, project teams, and the engineering department.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering discipline 
• ideally practical experience in the evaluation and analysis of complex processes, procedures and data, especially in the field of measurement and analysis technology, planning of assembly operations and service technology
• You have a technical understanding and are enthusiastic and passionate about working on new topics
• Very good written and spoken English skills are no obstacle for you and you are willing to travel
• You have strong contact and communication skills
