This detailed chronicle documents the remarkable history of PAMA since 1855, beginning as Friedrich Wenzel's iron foundry and later expanding into a machine factory after Ewald Paschke became involved. Expropriation followed in 1946 and a new start in 1990 as Papiermaschinenwerke Freiberg AG, and it now offers an even deeper insight into our development. It is particularly noteworthy that the chronicle was written by contemporary witnesses of the last 50 years, who contribute personal perspectives and authentic first-hand experiences.
